Production and timing
Once we receive your order, we will contact you about ear impressions, your model and finish. Production starts after suitable impressions have arrived and the final details have been agreed.
We confirm production timing individually for each order. If you need your monitors for a specific concert or date, contact us before ordering.
Collection or delivery
When your monitors are ready, we will let you know and arrange collection or delivery. Delivery options and prices depend on the destination address and are shown at checkout after you enter a shipping address.
If no delivery method is shown for your address at checkout, contact us before placing your order.
Sending ear impressions
If you already have impressions or plan to have them taken elsewhere, contact us before sending them. We will check whether they are suitable for production and explain the next steps.
