Information about custom-made Ambersonos monitors, fit adjustments and the internal-component warranty.
Custom-made monitors
Every pair of Ambersonos custom IEMs is assembled by hand to your order. As each monitor is a unique, made-to-order product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made monitors. Please review your order carefully before confirming it.
Fit adjustments within 30 days
If your monitors do not fit when they arrive, contact us within 30 days. We will adjust or remake them free of charge, once per order.
Fit problems caused by incorrectly taken ear impressions may not be covered if the impressions were not taken by a qualified audiologist using a bite block.
One-year warranty on internal components
All internal components, including drivers, crossovers and wiring, carry a one-year warranty from the delivery date. If something stops working under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
The warranty excludes physical damage, moisture damage and problems caused by third-party cables or modifications. We reserve the right to decline returned goods that do not meet the conditions above.
Sending products to us
You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. Send products to: Obenių skg. 2, LT-26108, Elektrėnai, Lithuania.
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend an insured, tracked service. Where a refund applies, we cannot process it until we receive the goods or proof that they were delivered.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of the eligible returned item. A gift voucher will be sent once the returned product is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the giver received it before passing it to you, any applicable refund will be issued to the giver.
Scope
The return exclusion for custom monitors does not automatically apply to separately sold standard accessories. Contact us about returning an accessory. This commercial warranty does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
