We will help you choose a model, arrange ear impressions and settle on a design. Here is how your order takes shape.

Choose your model and finish.
Explore PRO Flow, PRO Vivid and PRO Balance. Choose the sound you prefer, then pick a finish. If you are unsure which suits you, contact us first and we will help you decide.

Place an order or get in touch.
Place your order in our online shop. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange the next steps. To start with a conversation, call +370 604 21 201 or email info@ambersonos.lt.

Arrange your ear impressions.
After discussing your needs, we will arrange an appointment to take the ear impressions used to make your shells. If you already have impressions or plan to have them taken elsewhere, contact us before sending them.

Confirm the design. Then we build.
Together we will confirm the finish and personal design details. Production in Lithuania begins once we have suitable impressions and agreed choices. We will confirm the lead time for your order.

Collect your monitors or have them delivered.
When your pair is ready, we will let you know and arrange collection or delivery. You can contact us directly for advice about use, care or fit.
Before you order
Do I need ear impressions before ordering?
No. You can place an order or start a conversation without them. We will arrange how your impressions are taken or supplied.
How long does production take?
We confirm timing individually after receiving suitable impressions and agreeing the design. If you need your monitors for a particular concert or date, contact us before ordering.
Can I choose a personal design?
Yes. Choose “Custom design” and we will discuss your idea before production. Finish photos are examples; natural amber varies in pattern and colour.
