AMBERSONOS / CUSTOM IN-EAR MONITORS
Custom In-Ear Monitors for Gaming & Esports
Game audio, team chat and music between sessions, through monitors made to fit your ears. Ambersonos custom IEMs are handcrafted in Lithuania from your ear impressions, with a choice of sound and finish.
Why consider custom in-ear monitors for gaming?
Custom IEMs offer an alternative to a headset with an overhead band. The shells are made from your ear impressions to help them stay in place and reduce surrounding noise. They can suit a desk setup where you also use a separate microphone. Fit and comfort are personal, so they deserve as much attention as the sound.
Start by comparing PRO Flow
PRO Flow is our starting suggestion for gamers who prefer gentler treble. Choose PRO Vivid for comparison if you enjoy a brighter top end, or explore PRO Balance if you prefer a more even tonal balance. These suggestions follow the models’ sound characters. We have not validated an Ambersonos model as a competitive gaming advantage.
Connecting to a PC or console
Your setup needs a headphone output compatible with the monitors and their cable. Tell us which PC, console, controller or audio interface you use before ordering. We can help check the connection and whether an adapter is needed. Voice chat requires a separate microphone. These monitors are for listening, rather than an all-in-one gaming headset.
Will I hear footsteps more clearly?
Positional cues depend on the game’s audio, its settings, your fit and how you listen. Driver count alone does not establish better positioning or a competitive advantage. Compare the sound using games you know, and choose a comfortable listening level rather than turning up to chase quieter details.
Ordering custom gaming IEMs
Choose a model, discuss your equipment with us, then arrange ear impressions and your finish. We confirm the design and lead time before production. If you also stream or record, our podcasting and streaming guide explains the monitoring setup to consider.
