Orders and enquiries
When you place an order, we ask for contact, shipping and billing details: your name, email address, address and, if supplied, telephone number. Business buyers may supply a company registration and VAT number. We also process order items, selected options, payment status and any message you provide.
These details are used to fulfil your order, arrange payment and delivery, prepare invoices and contact you about production, design or support. When you email us, we use the information you provide to respond.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed through Stripe. You enter card details in the payment provider’s form. Stripe processes data under its own privacy policy.
The website uses WordPress and WooCommerce, with hosting provided by Hostinger. Data needed to fulfil an order may be shared with technical, payment, delivery and accounting service providers according to their role.
Custom production information
For custom monitors, we arrange ear impressions and confirm the shell shape, finish and other order details with you. This information is used to manufacture your order and address fit-related issues.
Cookies and browsing data
The shop uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain the cart, session and checkout. Some interactive tools may save preferences in your browser.
The website uses Jetpack statistics. Technical data may include an IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited. Further information is available in Automattic’s privacy policy.
You can manage cookies and stored browser data in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the cart or checkout from working correctly.
Purposes, legal bases and retention
Order data is used to enter into and perform a contract; invoice and accounting data is used to meet legal obligations. Enquiry and technical data is used for customer support and website operation. Where processing requires consent, that consent must be obtained separately.
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the relevant purposes and applicable legal obligations. Contact us for the retention period applicable to your particular data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent.
